How quickly will my order arrive?
Delivery within the UK is free and sent by DHL Express, usually arriving in 1–2 working days. During busy periods it can take a little longer. Delivery details

Is UVB light therapy at home safe?
Our lamps use narrowband 311 nm UVB, the wavelength used in dermatology clinics. Start with very short sessions, increase them gradually, always wear the protective goggles and follow the instructions in the box. If you take medication that makes your skin sensitive to light, or have a history of skin cancer, speak to your GP or dermatologist first.
Which UVB lamp should I choose?
As a first lamp, most customers choose the Philips BU-1S – simple to use and our best seller. If you want a timer and precise dosing, choose the Philips BU-10; for the scalp, the Kernel KN-4003BL2. Full lamp comparison
Can I return a product?
Yes. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. For hygiene reasons, cosmetic and skincare products can only be returned unopened. Return policy
