How Vitistop Gel works
Melanocytes are skin cells responsible for producing melanin – the pigment that gives our skin its colour. In vitiligo, these cells become inactive or are destroyed, which leads to white patches on the skin. The powerful combination of natural extracts and scientifically supported active ingredients in Vitistop Gel helps reactivate melanocytes and supports them in resuming their normal function – for a more even, natural-looking skin tone.
Repigmentation phases (Vitistop Gel)
Stage 1
White patches may develop a light pink tone – an indication that melanocytes are beginning to reactivate.
Stage 2
With increased melanocyte activity, melanin production rises, causing the pink areas to shrink, darken, and gradually blend with the surrounding skin tone.
Stage 3
At this stage, the depigmented areas have disappeared and the skin shows an even skin tone again. Repigmentation is complete.

Vitistop Gel combines the latest research in a carefully balanced blend of active ingredients:
- Superoxide Dismutase (SOD): Neutralises free radicals and helps restore the skin’s antioxidant balance.
- Babchi Oil (Psoralea Seed Oil): Stimulates melanocytes to support natural melanin production.
- Copper & Zinc: Activate tyrosinase – a key enzyme in pigmentation.
- Vitamins B5 & B12: Support skin health and melanin synthesis.
- Calcium Pantothenate: Supports melanin production and improves copper absorption for optimal results.
- Suitable for adults and children from 3 years of age.
How to use with a UVB lamp
- Preparation before treatment: Apply the gel to the affected vitiligo areas 30 minutes before UVB exposure.
- Gradual increase of exposure: Start the first session at 15 seconds.
- Desired effect: Increase the exposure time by 20 seconds each time until the treated area becomes slightly red. This indicates effective stimulation of pigment formation.
- Important information:
Expose the skin to a UVB lamp again only once the redness has completely subsided and the affected areas are pale again.
For this reason, treatment is usually carried out 2 to 3 times per week, allowing the skin enough time to recover between sessions (around 48 hours). - Exposure time: The typical exposure time with a UVB lamp is 3–4 minutes per area, depending on individual skin type.
- Results: First signs of new pigment formation can usually be expected within 3–6 weeks.
How to use with sunlight
During summer, the gel can be used in combination with controlled sun exposure. Apply the gel 30 minutes before exposure. Start with around 5 minutes of sunlight and gradually increase the duration depending on your skin type and individual tolerance. Continue increasing the exposure time until a mild redness appears, which should still be visible the following day. This indicates effective stimulation of pigment formation. Typical exposure time is around 10–15 minutes, but should always be adjusted according to your skin’s response.

My name is Abdulqader. I am now 17 years old. Four years ago, I noticed several white spots on my hands, and in a matter of a few months, they spread to several parts of my body (face, neck, hands, arms, and legs) and they continue spreading wider and wider. My vitiligo started after the birth of my daughter almost ten years ago. I tan very quickly, which makes the patches stand out, so I hardly go swimming anymore. Hello, I noticed my first results after about two months. In the morning I apply the cream to the affected areas and then hold them in the sun for five minutes. Since my hands are the most affected, I’m currently using the cream there first. I work as a waitress, so my hands are the most important for me. Finally positive changes after many years
After a treatment break due to a holiday, during which I still had plenty of sun in the mountains, I’d like to share an update on my treatment. I’m seeing good progress in several places, especially on my face. Repigmentation on my chin is unfortunately quite dark at first, so the patches are currently more noticeable, but they have become significantly smaller. I’d estimate that about 50% of the vitiligo patches on my chin have already disappeared. My forehead also looks very good and it’s not so noticeable there. The repigmentation appears like large freckles and is not much darker than the surrounding normally pigmented skin. Sadly, there isn’t much happening on my hands yet. There isn’t even a slight red or pink tint. I know the hands and feet always take longer and I want to be patient. I also have a few patches on my body. On my décolleté, 70–80% has already repigmented. On my abdomen and back it’s slow, but there is movement. Overall I’m very satisfied and, after so many years and decades, I’m delighted with these first, very promising results.
