How Vitistop Gel works
Melanocytes are skin cells that produce melanin, the pigment that gives skin its colour. In vitiligo, these cells can become inactive or be destroyed, leading to white patches. The blend of natural extracts and evidence-based actives in Vitistop Gel helps reactivate and support melanocytes so they can resume normal function for a more even, natural skin tone.
Repigmentation stages [Vitistop Gel]
Stage 1
Early phaseWhite patches may begin to show a faint pink coloration, indicating the initial reactivation of melanocytes.

Stage 2
Blend phasePink areas begin to shrink and gradually blend with the surrounding skin as melanin production improves.

Stage 3
CompletionDepigmented patches disappear and the skin regains a uniform colour. Repigmentation is complete.

Our advanced formula
Vitistop Gel brings together the latest research in a balanced blend of active ingredients:
- Superoxide Dismutase (SOD): Neutralises free radicals and helps restore the skin’s antioxidant balance.
- Babchi oil (Psoralea seed oil): Encourages melanocytes to produce melanin naturally.
- Copper & Zinc: Support tyrosinase, a key enzyme in pigmentation.
- Vitamins B5 & B12: Support skin health and melanin synthesis.
- Calcium Pantothenate: Helps melanin production and supports copper uptake for optimal results.
Suitable for adults and for children aged 3 and over.
How to use for best results
- Daily use: Apply a thin layer once a day to vitiligo-affected skin.
- Recommendation: Combine with sunlight or UVB phototherapy for better results. Apply 30 minutes before light exposure.
- Timeframe: Early signs of repigmentation typically appear within 3–6 weeks.
- Important: Only expose skin to a UVB lamp or sunlight once any redness has fully settled and the vitiligo patches look pale again. Phototherapy is usually done 2–3 times per week to allow the skin to recover.
Clinical expertise & our guarantee

“No cream for vitiligo — even prescription ones — works without light, whether from a UVB lamp or the sun. Without phototherapy, the renewal of melanocytes — the pigment-forming cells — is not triggered. Light is essential in vitiligo care. Vitistop Gel markedly enhances the effect of phototherapy.”

Dear team, first of all, thank you. I’m incredibly grateful that you and your products exist. Over the past years I have spent an unbelievable amount of money trying to repigment my vitiligo, and all that money was for nothing. My vitiligo started after the birth of my daughter almost ten years ago. I tan very quickly, which makes the patches stand out, so I hardly go swimming anymore. Holidays are only partly enjoyable and that’s not like me. Then I came across this site and thought, OK, I’ll try one more thing because I really can’t cope with vitiligo. And what can I say, I’m super happy because my colour is coming back. I use the capsules and the gel and they work brilliantly. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for being there. PS: out of embarrassment please publish this anonymously. Many thanks. I’m truly happy that you exist. Best regards, Victoria

Vitiligo
Hello, I noticed my first results after about two months. In the morning I apply the cream to the affected areas and then hold them in the sun for five minutes. Since my hands are the most affected, I’m currently using the cream there first. I work as a waitress, so my hands are the most important for me. I also spend a lot of time in the garden and I feel the sun helps the areas to turn brown again more quickly. Kind regards, Mandy B.

Finally positive changes after many years
After a treatment break due to a holiday, during which I still had plenty of sun in the mountains, I’d like to share an update on my treatment. I’m seeing good progress in several places, especially on my face. Repigmentation on my chin is unfortunately quite dark at first, so the patches are currently more noticeable, but they have become significantly smaller. I’d estimate that about 50% of the vitiligo patches on my chin have already disappeared. My forehead also looks very good and it’s not so noticeable there. The repigmentation appears like large freckles and is not much darker than the surrounding normally pigmented skin. Sadly, there isn’t much happening on my hands yet. There isn’t even a slight red or pink tint. I know the hands and feet always take longer and I want to be patient. I also have a few patches on my body. On my décolleté, 70–80% has already repigmented. On my abdomen and back it’s slow, but there is movement. Overall I’m very satisfied and, after so many years and decades, I’m delighted with these first, very promising results. Many thanks for your great products and for the explanations on the website, which helped me a lot. Kind regards, Eva Maria Kerkmann
