VITISTOP GEL 50ML / 100ML / 200ML
Consistency matters more than a miracle product
Vitistop Gel is an over-the-counter cream for vitiligo, formulated with SOD (superoxide dismutase), psoralens and vitamin B12 to deliver effective results when used alongside UVB lamp or natural sunlight.
Light is the key
Vitiligo repigmentation is driven by light exposure — either from UVB phototherapy or carefully managed natural sunlight. Vitistop Gel is a light-activation booster: applied 30 minutes before exposure, it helps your skin get more from every session.
Real vitiligo results
Repigmentation takes time — but it happens. See what our customers have achieved with Vitistop Gel and light therapy.
WHAT CAN HAPPEN WITH CONSISTENCY?
White vitiligo patch before visible repigmentation.

Small areas of new pigment begin to appear.

More even-looking skin tone after consistent use.

Hands are often considered one of the most difficult areas to repigment in vitiligo. These photos were shared by one of our customers after using Vitistop Gel in combination with regular sunlight exposure as part of a consistent repigmentation routine.

"I am more than happy with the product. The improvement is truly visible, and it has made me feel so much better mentally. ❤️ Thanks to you, I no longer have to hide my hands under the table."
How to use Vitistop Gel
Apply a thin layer of Vitistop Gel directly to white patches and allow it to absorb for around 30 minutes before UVB therapy or carefully managed sunlight exposure.
1. Apply
Use a thin layer on clean, dry white patches.
2. Wait
Leave the gel on for around 30 minutes before light exposure.
3. Expose
Use UVB therapy or controlled sunlight according to your routine.
Using Vitistop Gel with natural sunlight
Apply Vitistop Gel to the affected areas and wait around 30 minutes. Then expose the skin to sunlight for approximately 5 minutes. If there is no mild redness visible the following day, gradually increase the exposure time by 5 minutes at a time. A slight redness is normal and may remain visible until the next day. As sun intensity varies by season and every skin reacts differently, always adjust exposure time to suit your own skin.
Using Vitistop Gel with a UVB lamp
Apply Vitistop Gel to the affected areas and wait around 30 minutes. Then use the UVB lamp according to the manufacturer's instructions. Start with a short exposure of approximately 12–20 seconds. If there is no mild redness visible the following day, gradually increase the exposure time as directed. The goal is a gentle, mild redness on the treated areas. As every skin reacts differently to UVB light, always adjust the duration individually. Average session time per spot is typically around 3 to 4 minutes.
Important:
- Always increase light exposure gradually to avoid burning and redness
- Do not apply to skin that is already red, irritated, damaged or sunburnt
- Use before each planned UVB or sunlight session for best consistency
- Take photos every few weeks to keep tracking your progress
What is inside?
Vitistop Gel contains ingredients selected for skin with pigment loss, applied directly to the white areas that need support most.
Superoxide Dismutase
An antioxidant enzyme that helps protect melanocytes — the cells responsible for skin pigmentation.
Psoralens
Increase the skin's sensitivity to UVB light, supporting the repigmentation process.
Copper and Zinc
Essential minerals involved in melanin production.
Vitamins B5 and B12
Support skin barrier function and cellular repair.
Best used as part of a complete vitiligo routine
Vitistop Gel is most commonly used alongside light therapy — and works best as part of a wider routine that includes nutritional support and any prescription treatments recommended by your dermatologist.
View our treatment protocolFrequently asked questions
Do I need a UVB lamp to use Vitistop Gel?
Vitistop Gel can be used before either UVB phototherapy or carefully controlled natural sunlight exposure. Many people use sunlight during the summer months or take the gel on holiday, whereas others buy home UVB lamps for more consistent treatment.
How often should I use Vitistop Gel?
Apply Vitistop Gel before every planned UVB or sunlight session. Most people using home phototherapy build a routine around 2 or 3 sessions per week, but the most important thing is consistency and avoiding overexposure.
Can I use Vitistop Gel anywhere on my body?
Yes. Vitistop Gel can be applied to white patches on different parts of the body, including the face, neck, hands, arms, legs and feet. Do not apply it to skin that is red, broken, irritated or sunburnt.
How long does repigmentation take?
It depends on the area being treated, the type of treatment used, and how consistent you are. Most people begin to notice the first signs of repigmentation after around 3 to 6 weeks — though this varies from person to person. Taking progress photos every few weeks can help you see changes more clearly.

My name is Abdulqader. I am now 17 years old. Four years ago, I noticed several white spots on my hands, and in a matter of a few months, they spread to several parts of my body (face, neck, hands, arms, and legs) and they continue spreading wider and wider. I used many different creams advertised on the internet, and also creams my dermatologists recommended, but I hardly saw any improvement. However, when I started using Vitistop gel (with Vitistop tablets) last year, 2025, I noticed continuous improvements, especially on my face and neck and I'll certainly continue with the treatment.

Dear team, first of all, thank you. I’m incredibly grateful that you and your products exist. Over the past years I have spent an unbelievable amount of money trying to repigment my vitiligo, and all that money was for nothing. My vitiligo started after the birth of my daughter almost ten years ago. I tan very quickly, which makes the patches stand out, so I hardly go swimming anymore. Holidays are only partly enjoyable and that’s not like me. Then I came across this site and thought, OK, I’ll try one more thing because I really can’t cope with vitiligo. And what can I say, I’m super happy because my colour is coming back. I use the capsules and the gel and they work brilliantly. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for being there. PS: out of embarrassment please publish this anonymously. Many thanks. I’m truly happy that you exist. Best regards, Victoria

Vitiligo
Hello, I noticed my first results after about two months. In the morning I apply the cream to the affected areas and then hold them in the sun for five minutes. Since my hands are the most affected, I’m currently using the cream there first. I work as a waitress, so my hands are the most important for me. I also spend a lot of time in the garden and I feel the sun helps the areas to turn brown again more quickly. Kind regards, Mandy B.

Finally positive changes after many years
After a treatment break due to a holiday, during which I still had plenty of sun in the mountains, I’d like to share an update on my treatment. I’m seeing good progress in several places, especially on my face. Repigmentation on my chin is unfortunately quite dark at first, so the patches are currently more noticeable, but they have become significantly smaller. I’d estimate that about 50% of the vitiligo patches on my chin have already disappeared. My forehead also looks very good and it’s not so noticeable there. The repigmentation appears like large freckles and is not much darker than the surrounding normally pigmented skin. Sadly, there isn’t much happening on my hands yet. There isn’t even a slight red or pink tint. I know the hands and feet always take longer and I want to be patient. I also have a few patches on my body. On my décolleté, 70–80% has already repigmented. On my abdomen and back it’s slow, but there is movement. Overall I’m very satisfied and, after so many years and decades, I’m delighted with these first, very promising results. Many thanks for your great products and for the explanations on the website, which helped me a lot. Kind regards, Eva Maria Kerkmann
