Targeted vitiligo care
Support repigmentation with every light session
Vitistop Gel is designed for use before NB-UVB phototherapy or carefully controlled sunlight. It helps you build a simple, consistent routine focused directly on white vitiligo patches.
The gel does not replace light therapy. It is made to work alongside it.
Choose 50 ml, 100 ml or 200 ml in the product options above.
A clear and honest approach
Light activates the repigmentation process. Vitistop Gel supports the routine.
Controlled UV light can stimulate remaining pigment-producing cells in the skin. Vitistop Gel is applied directly to the white patches before exposure, helping you follow a targeted and consistent treatment routine.
Real customer progress

Daniel’s progress: vitiligo around the eye and below his lower lip
Customer Daniel had vitiligo around one eye and below his lower lip. These areas usually respond particularly well to repigmentation treatment. According to Daniel’s experience, consistent use of Vitistop Gel together with controlled light exposure helped him achieve visible repigmentation within approximately four months.

Marta’s progress: vitiligo on the hands
Customer Marta had vitiligo on both hands. Hands are among the most difficult areas to repigment because they contain fewer hair follicles and often respond more slowly than the face or other parts of the body. The photographs below show Marta’s visible progress between July 2025 and April 2026 after consistent use of Vitistop Gel together with controlled light exposure.
Marta’s left hand: July 2025 to April 2026

Marta’s right hand: July 2025 to April 2026

“The improvement is truly visible, and it has made me feel so much better mentally. Thanks to you, I no longer have to hide my hands under the table.”

Practical light-use examples
How to use Vitistop Gel with sunlight or an NB-UVB lamp
The examples below are intended as a gradual starting point. Skin sensitivity and light intensity vary, so always adjust exposure carefully and avoid burning.
Example: using Vitistop Gel with natural sunlight
Apply a thin layer of Vitistop Gel directly to the affected white patches and wait approximately 30 minutes. Then expose the treated areas to sunlight for around 5 minutes.
If no mild pinkness is visible by the following day, the exposure time may be increased gradually in steps of approximately 5 minutes.
A slight, temporary pinkness can occur and may remain visible until the next day. The skin should never become painful, intensely red or blistered.
Because sunlight intensity changes with the season, weather, location and time of day, the duration must always be adjusted individually.
After gradual adjustment, the average sunlight exposure time is often around 20–30 minutes, depending on the season, UV intensity, treated body area and individual skin response.
Example: using Vitistop Gel with an NB-UVB lamp
Apply a thin layer of Vitistop Gel directly to the affected white patches and wait approximately 30 minutes. Then use your NB-UVB lamp according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
A typical starting exposure may be around 12–20 seconds, provided this is consistent with the instructions for your specific device. If no mild pinkness is visible by the following day, the exposure time can be increased gradually as directed by the lamp manufacturer.
The aim is only a mild, gentle pinkness of the treated areas, not a burn. Because every person responds differently to NB-UVB light, treatment time must be adjusted individually.
After gradual adjustment, many users reach treatment times of approximately 3–4 minutes, but the correct duration depends on the lamp, distance, body area and individual skin response.
Important safety note
Do not use sunbeds, do not deliberately burn the skin and do not treat skin that is already red, irritated or sunburnt. Reduce the next exposure if redness is strong or lasts longer than 24 hours. Stop treatment and seek medical advice if you develop pain, blistering or a persistent skin reaction.
What to expect
Repigmentation takes consistency, not overnight promises
With regular controlled light exposure, the first small dots of new pigment may begin to appear after approximately 4–6 weeks. More noticeable progress generally requires continued treatment over a longer period.
Results depend on the location of the patches, how active the vitiligo is, the light protocol and your individual skin response. The face and body often respond more readily than fingers, toes and other areas with fewer hair follicles.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an NB-UVB lamp?
Not necessarily. Vitistop Gel can also be used before carefully controlled natural sunlight. However, an NB-UVB lamp provides more consistent and measurable exposure, while sunlight intensity changes according to the season, weather and time of day. Regular controlled light exposure is essential to receive the intended benefit of the gel.
How quickly could I see a change?
The first small dots of new pigment may begin to appear after approximately 4–6 weeks of consistent use with controlled light exposure. Progress is gradual and varies from person to person.
Can I use it on the face and body?
It can be applied to suitable depigmented areas on the face and body. Avoid the eyes, eyelids, lips, mucous membranes and skin that is broken, irritated, red or sunburnt. Patch test before wider use.
Can I combine it with prescription creams?
Vitistop Gel may be used alongside prescription topical treatments, but they should normally be applied at different times rather than layered together. Follow your doctor's instructions for prescribed medicines and use Vitistop Gel specifically before controlled light exposure.
Is Vitistop Gel a cure for vitiligo?
No. Vitistop Gel is a topical support product intended to complement a consistent light-based vitiligo routine. It does not guarantee repigmentation or replace medical diagnosis, advice or prescribed treatment.
Which size should I choose?

Abdulqader,

My name is Abdulqader. I am now 17 years old. Four years ago, I noticed several white spots on my hands, and in a matter of a few months, they spread to several parts of my body (face, neck, hands, arms, and legs) and they continue spreading wider and wider. I used many different creams advertised on the internet, and also creams my dermatologists recommended, but I hardly saw any improvement. However, when I started using Vitistop gel (with Vitistop tablets) last year, 2025, I noticed continuous improvements, especially on my face and neck and I'll certainly continue with the treatment.

Dear team, first of all, thank you. I’m incredibly grateful that you and your products exist. Over the past years I have spent an unbelievable amount of money trying to repigment my vitiligo, and all that money was for nothing. My vitiligo started after the birth of my daughter almost ten years ago. I tan very quickly, which makes the patches stand out, so I hardly go swimming anymore. Holidays are only partly enjoyable and that’s not like me. Then I came across this site and thought, OK, I’ll try one more thing because I really can’t cope with vitiligo. And what can I say, I’m super happy because my colour is coming back. I use the capsules and the gel and they work brilliantly. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for being there. PS: out of embarrassment please publish this anonymously. Many thanks. I’m truly happy that you exist. Best regards, Victoria

Vitiligo
Hello, I noticed my first results after about two months. In the morning I apply the cream to the affected areas and then hold them in the sun for five minutes. Since my hands are the most affected, I’m currently using the cream there first. I work as a waitress, so my hands are the most important for me. I also spend a lot of time in the garden and I feel the sun helps the areas to turn brown again more quickly. Kind regards, Mandy B.

Finally positive changes after many years
After a treatment break due to a holiday, during which I still had plenty of sun in the mountains, I’d like to share an update on my treatment. I’m seeing good progress in several places, especially on my face. Repigmentation on my chin is unfortunately quite dark at first, so the patches are currently more noticeable, but they have become significantly smaller. I’d estimate that about 50% of the vitiligo patches on my chin have already disappeared. My forehead also looks very good and it’s not so noticeable there. The repigmentation appears like large freckles and is not much darker than the surrounding normally pigmented skin. Sadly, there isn’t much happening on my hands yet. There isn’t even a slight red or pink tint. I know the hands and feet always take longer and I want to be patient. I also have a few patches on my body. On my décolleté, 70–80% has already repigmented. On my abdomen and back it’s slow, but there is movement. Overall I’m very satisfied and, after so many years and decades, I’m delighted with these first, very promising results. Many thanks for your great products and for the explanations on the website, which helped me a lot. Kind regards, Eva Maria Kerkmann
