How to use
- PsoriaStop: take 1 capsule a day with water, ideally with breakfast.
- Psoriva Oil: apply a few drops to dry, scaly areas 2–3 times a day as needed, especially after washing, and massage in gently.
- With NB-UVB 311 nm phototherapy: massage a thin layer into the plaques about 30 minutes before the session and let it absorb fully – the skin should not stay wet or greasy.
- First session: adults 30 seconds, children 15 seconds. If there is no redness, increase by about 20 seconds next time; 2–3 sessions per week with at least one full day in between. Always follow the instructions supplied with your lamp.
Please note: Psoriva Oil: for external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes; do not apply to broken, weeping or sunburnt skin. Because it contains Babchi oil, avoid unplanned sun exposure on treated areas. Use prescribed treatments exactly as advised by your doctor. PsoriaStop: food supplement for adults.
