How does this powerful combination work?
By combining three different mechanisms, results can be achieved more effectively:
UVB light penetrates the skin and helps reduce overactive immune responses, limiting the formation of new plaques.
Turmeric and vitamin D help support immune balance from within, allowing the body to respond more effectively.
Mahonia and Defensil®-Plus support skin recovery, help reduce scaling and improve UVB light absorption.
Your daily routine for healthier-looking skin
Morning: Internal support
Take 1 Psoriastop capsule with breakfast for daily internal support.
Evening: Preparation
Apply Psoriva oil 30 minutes before light exposure to enhance effectiveness.
Evening: Therapy
Use the UVB lamp according to the instructions (2–3 times per week).
Simple UVB lamp usage guide
Connect the device to the power supply and put on protective goggles. Ensure affected areas are clean (or treated with oil 30 minutes beforehand).
Starting time:
Adults: 30 seconds
Children (from 3 years): 15 seconds
Use the lamp 2–3 times per week. Always allow at least one full day (48 hours) between sessions.
Important: Continue treatment only if any redness from the previous session has fully subsided.
- No reaction: increase by 20 seconds next time.
- Mild pink tone (target): keep the same time.
- Strong redness or burning: pause until healed, then reduce time by 20–50%.
- Average exposure time is 3–4 minutes, depending on individual skin type.
Treatment goal: Achieve a mild pink colour of the plaques, indicating an effective light dose. Over time, plaques should gradually reduce in size, fade and stop scaling.
