How to use the kit
A simple three-step routine
Take one tablet daily
Take one Vitistop Tablet with water, preferably with breakfast or another meal.
Apply Vitistop Gel
Massage a thin layer directly into clean, dry white patches 30 minutes before light exposure.
Use controlled light
Follow the instructions for your NB-UVB device or use a carefully controlled sunlight routine.
Use light safely
Increase exposure gradually and avoid burning. Do not treat skin that is already red, irritated, damaged or sunburnt. Leave sufficient recovery time between sessions and follow the instructions for your lamp.

Do I need an NB-UVB lamp?
Not necessarily. Carefully controlled natural sunlight may also be used, but an NB-UVB lamp provides more consistent and measurable exposure. A lamp is not included in this kit.
How long will the kit last?
The tablets provide a 60-day supply. The 200 ml gel may last from several weeks to several months depending on the number and size of areas treated.
Can I use the kit with prescription creams?
Yes, but apply products at different times. Use Vitistop Gel 30 minutes before light exposure. Prescription creams are usually applied before bedtime and, if recommended by your doctor, also in the morning. Always follow your doctor’s instructions.
Who can use the Starter Kit?
Vitistop Tablets are suitable from age 12. Vitistop Gel may be used from age 3. Children should use light therapy under adult supervision and with medical guidance.

My name is Abdulqader. I am now 17 years old. Four years ago, I noticed several white spots on my hands, and in a matter of a few months, they spread to several parts of my body (face, neck, hands, arms, and legs) and they continue spreading wider and wider. I used many different creams advertised on the internet, and also creams my dermatologists recommended, but I hardly saw any improvement.
