Internal Defence

Application & Pause
Apply the gel to white patches.
Wait 30 minutes for the gel to be absorbed deeply before light exposure. This step is crucial.
Exposure & Dosage
Expose the skin to sunlight (approximately 10–30 minutes) or to a UVB lamp (approximately 3–4 minutes).
Increase the time gradually until the affected skin turns slightly pink.
