How Vitistop Gel works
Melanocytes are skin cells responsible for producing melanin – the pigment that gives our skin its colour. In vitiligo, these cells become inactive or are destroyed, which leads to white patches on the skin. The potent blend of natural extracts and scientifically supported active ingredients in Vitistop Gel helps revitalise melanocytes and supports them in resuming their normal function – for a more even, natural-looking skin tone.
Repigmentation phases (Vitistop Gel)
Stage 1
White patches may show a slight pinkish tint – a sign that melanocytes are beginning to reactivate.
Stage 2
Pinkish areas may gradually start to turn into new pigment, which can initially appear darker than the surrounding skin.
Stage 3
At this stage, the depigmented areas have disappeared and the skin shows an even tone again. Repigmentation is complete.

Vitistop Gel combines the latest research in a balanced blend of active ingredients:
- Superoxide dismutase (SOD): Neutralises free radicals and helps restore the skin’s antioxidant balance.
- Psoralea seed oil: Stimulates melanocytes to support natural melanin production.
- Copper & zinc: Support tyrosinase activity – a key enzyme involved in pigmentation.
- Vitamins B5 & B12: Support overall skin health and melanin synthesis.
- Calcium pantothenate: Promotes melanin production and supports copper utilisation for optimal results.
Suitable for adults and children from the age of 3.
How to use for best results
- Preparation before treatment: Apply the product 30 minutes before sun exposure or UVB therapy.
- Gradually increase exposure: Start with short intervals (e.g. 5 minutes in the sun, or as instructed for your UVB lamp) and increase gradually as the skin adapts.
- Target response: Increase the intervals step-by-step until the vitiligo areas show mild redness – this may indicate effective stimulation of pigmentation.
- Important note: Only expose your skin to the UVB lamp or sunlight once any redness has fully settled and the vitiligo areas appear pale again.
For this reason, exposure is generally carried out 2–3 times per week, allowing the skin sufficient time to recover between sessions. - Results: The first signs of repigmentation may become visible after around 3–6 weeks.

Dear team, first of all, thank you. I’m incredibly grateful that you and your products exist. Over the past years I have spent an unbelievable amount of money trying to repigment my vitiligo, and all that money was for nothing. My vitiligo started after the birth of my daughter almost ten years ago. I tan very quickly, which makes the patches stand out, so I hardly go swimming anymore. Holidays are only partly enjoyable and that’s not like me. Then I came across this site and thought, OK, I’ll try one more thing because I really can’t cope with vitiligo. Hello, I noticed my first results after about two months. In the morning I apply the cream to the affected areas and then hold them in the sun for five minutes. Since my hands are the most affected, I’m currently using the cream there first. I work as a waitress, so my hands are the most important for me. I also spend a lot of time in the garden and I feel the sun helps the areas to turn brown again more quickly. Kind regards, Mandy B.

Finally positive changes after many years
After a treatment break due to a holiday, during which I still had plenty of sun in the mountains, I’d like to share an update on my treatment. I’m seeing good progress in several places, especially on my face. Repigmentation on my chin is unfortunately quite dark at first, so the patches are currently more noticeable, but they have become significantly smaller. I’d estimate that about 50% of the vitiligo patches on my chin have already disappeared. My forehead also looks very good and it’s not so noticeable there. The repigmentation appears like large freckles and is not much darker than the surrounding normally pigmented skin. Sadly, there isn’t much happening on my hands yet. There isn’t even a slight red or pink tint. I know the hands and feet always take longer and I want to be patient. I also have a few patches on my body. On my décolleté, 70–80% has already repigmented. On my abdomen and back it’s slow, but there is movement. Overall I’m very satisfied and, after so many years and decades, I’m delighted with these first, very promising results.
