Guarantee Period

Customers are entitled to a full refund after 6 months from the date of purchase, provided the conditions below are met.

• Home NB-UVB Therapy Kit

Valid Usage

This guarantee applies exclusively when the product has been used consistently and in accordance with the instructions provided. For topical gels, the product must be applied before each UVB or sunlight session as directed. For Vitistop Tablets, one tablet must be taken daily. For UVB lamps, the device must be used a minimum of 3 times per week as recommended. Any misuse or significant deviation from the recommended routine will void the guarantee.

Documentation of Treatment

To confirm that the treatment has been followed correctly, customers must provide documented evidence of their routine. This should include progress photos taken at regular intervals (we recommend every 3 weeks) and confirmation that the product was used consistently over the 6-month period. Insufficient documentation may result in the guarantee being voided.

Proof of Purchase

Valid proof of purchase from Vitiligoshop.co.uk is required for all claims. Products that have clearly not been used, or where evidence suggests the routine was not followed, may result in the claim being declined.

How to Make a Claim

To submit a refund claim, please contact our customer support team at info@vitiligoshop.co.uk and include the following:

• Proof of purchase
• Progress photos documenting your treatment over the 6-month period
• A brief description of your routine and how the product was used

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will contact you with further instructions.

Assessment

We will review all submitted documentation before approving any refund. If the evidence provided is insufficient or suggests the routine was not followed as directed, we reserve the right to decline the claim.

Refund

Following a successful review, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed.

Exclusions and Limitations

This guarantee does not apply to products purchased through third-party retailers or any other products in our range not listed above. The guarantee is limited to one claim per customer per product.
