Using the Product as Recommended

To get the best results — and for the guarantee to apply — we ask that you follow the recommended routine. For topical gels, apply before each UVB or sunlight session. For Vitistop Tablets, take one daily. For UVB lamps, use at least 3 times per week. Consistency is what makes the difference, and it's also what we look at when reviewing a claim.

Tracking Your Progress

We recommend taking photos every 3 weeks — not just for us, but for you. Progress with vitiligo can be subtle and slow, and photos are the best way to notice changes you might otherwise miss. When making a claim, sharing these photos helps us process your refund quickly and smoothly.
