The START Programme is designed for people who already own a UVB 311 nm device, but want a clear, structured and personalised plan for the next 90 days. This programme combines topical care, targeted supplements and a step-by-step routine so you know exactly what to apply, when to take supplements, and how to align everything with your UVB sessions.
What you receive

These products are intended to be used as part of a structured routine, aligned with your UVB schedule and skin tolerance.
- 3 packs Vitistop “30” Tablets
Supplements are included to support your routine from the inside. Your plan will specify how to take them and how to combine them with the topical routine.
After you complete our Personal Treatment Assessment, we prepare your individual 90-day plan. This plan explains:
- what to apply in the morning and evening
- how to schedule products around UVB sessions
- how to adjust if your skin becomes irritated
- how to handle plateaus and common problems
- Online step-by-step guide (easy to follow, practical instructions)
- Printed version of the treatment protocol

This programme includes structured progress check-ups after 30, 60 and 90 days, where we review your progress and recommend next steps to keep you moving forward.
Important note about UVB light
This programme does not include a UVB lamp. However, UVB is an essential part of most vitiligo routines. One of the most common mistakes we see is either not using UVB at all, or using it incorrectly. Your personalised plan will help you align your routine with your UVB sessions and avoid common errors.
